Despite a few recent rulings declaring the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act unconstitutional, Ian Millhiser insists that the Act is not outside constitutional bounds. Millhiser argues that Congress has power to tax, "regulate the national economy," and legislate in order to "regulate interstate commerce," and therefore can pass legislation such as the PPACA.
